🪔 About Saraswati Puja/Basant Panchami
Basant Panchami is dedicated to Ma Saraswati. She is the goddess of music, art, and knowledge. The rituals of Aksharabhayasam (practice of alphabet) and Vidyarambham (beginning of formal education) are performed on this day for children. It is the first step to a formal education. Worship Ma Durga as an aspect of Ma Saraswati today. Seek her blessings in attaining knowledge and enlightenment.
