🪔 About Jaya Ekadashi

On this auspicious day, Bhishma Pitamah expounded on the Vishnu Sahasranaam, the 1000 Names of Lord Vishnu, in the presence of Sri Krishna. The great warrior from the Mahabharat lay on a bed of arrows on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, severely injured and dying, the Lord’s name on his lips.

Observing this occasion helps a devotee drop remorse about his sins and is said to lead to liberation.

Worship the eternal preserver, the All-Pervading Sri Hari. Feel his presence and seat him in your consciousness and change your life.
