🪔 About Dhantrayodashi

It is the first day of Diwali festivities. On this day, Ma Lakshmi emerged from the Ocean of Milk (Ksheer sagar) during the great churning by the Devas and Asuras. At last emerged Dhanvanthari, the divine physician, holding the pot of Amrit (divine nectar). Ma Lakshmi and Dhanvantri are worshipped along with Kuber, the God of Wealth.
