Today is Darsh Amavasya—the last amavasya before Mahashivratri. On this day, devotees observe silence (Maun), turn inward, and communicate with the divine within. Due to the silence vow, this day is also called Mauni Amavasya.

- Wake up early and take a bath.
- Clean your home and puja space thoroughly.
- Perform the recommended ritual with devotion.
- Offer flowers, fruits, and incense.
- Chant mantras or prayers specific to this occasion.
- Conclude with aarti and distribute prasad.
