🪔 About Chhath Puja
Today marks the end of four days of strict fasting, devotion, and offering Arygya (water libations) and Prasadam (food offerings to the divine) to the rising and setting sun, Lord Surya. Devotees offer prayers of gratitude for the divine gift of life. Chhathi Maiya, Lord Surya’s sister, is also worshipped on this day.
