🪔 About Buddha Purnima/Kurma Jayanti
Lord Buddha's birth, enlightenment, and Paranirvana (death) occurred today on Buddh Purnima, which is thus called the 'Thrice Blessed Festival.' In the Sanatan Dharm, Buddha is considered an avatar of Lord Vishnu.
