🪔 About Aja Ekadashi
While fulfilling a promise to Sage Vishvamitra, Harishchandra, a noble and just king of the Ikshvaku dynasty and Sri Ram's ancestor, was once reduced to poverty. Harishchandra had to sell his family, work at a cremation ground, and watch his only son die. But by observing Aja Ekadashi, King Harishchandra's family, wealth, and kingdom were restored.
Observing Aja Ekadashi with deep faith and devotion to Lord Vishnu purifies a devotee of past-life karma. One heartfelt prayer to Bhagavan can transform your life.
